We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time. Availability is subject to geographic service area limitations.

A2P SMS Program: The Good Life Collective operates an Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messaging program in compliance with CTIA guidelines, A2P 10DLC requirements, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Quotes, Pricing & Payment

All quotes provided are estimates based on information gathered during consultation. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment, installation requirements, and applicable add-ons.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless stated
  • Confirmed written quotes will be honored for their validity period
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing for prospective customers at any time

Payment terms will be communicated in your service agreement. Accepted methods include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards unless otherwise agreed.

5.

Installation & Service

Professional installation is included with qualifying system purchases, subject to the following:

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance, subject to technician availability
  • The customer is responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the installation site
  • Existing plumbing must be in serviceable condition; additional charges may apply for pre-existing issues
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by concealed pipe defects or pre-existing conditions
  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' advance notice
6.

Warranties

Certain systems are backed by manufacturer warranties, including lifetime warranties on eligible products. Warranty terms are product-specific and communicated at time of purchase.

  • Warranties cover manufacturing defects only — not damage from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Warranty claims must be submitted through The Good Life Collective or directly with the manufacturer as directed
  • Labor warranties on installation, if provided, are stated separately in your service agreement

Disclaimer: Except as expressly stated in product documentation or a written service agreement, all services and products are provided "as is" without additional warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability
